Join us! We're looking for a maintenance engineer.
We are actively looking for a Maintenance Engineer (m/f/x) for our in-house projects and products portfolio in the healthcare domain.
It is an entry-level role that involves providing initial support including investigation and diagnosis of the issue, recording the incident, restoration of service if possible, and assignment of incidents to the DevOps team as required. Support provided for all applications is performed within negotiated service levels and to customers’ satisfaction.
The role also implies the participation to the projects and products evolution through quality insurance and testing of the performed changes.
A training on the supported products and organization will be provided in-house.
Accountabilities
- Responding to customer requests via portal, chat, email, or phone, coordinating service levels activities.
- Providing technical assistance for questions and problems;
- Analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving incidents, and following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues;
- Participating in process improvement opportunities.
- Maintaining timely awareness of current initiatives, releases, and changes to the functional scope and technical environment.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Ability to perform bottom-up research for diagnostics and produce analysis and design artifacts that form the basis for implementation.
- Good written and verbal, client-facing and internal communication skills;
- Organizational skills including attention to details and multitasking skills;
- Ability to communicate with medical staff to understand business requirements;
- Ability to communicate with technical staff to understand the technical constraints;
- Ability to learn a complex business model and process;
- Ability to communicate in Dutch (at least read & spoken) or French (at least read & spoken) and English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge, certifications and/or experience of ITIL and SCRUM methods and the Atlassian Jira tooling are a plus.
